The Resident Account page enables the user to access real time compliance data on each resident in their property. Data which is saved and summarized in the Resident Account includes the Resident’s enrollment status, a copy of their Renter Certificate, their policy number and its expiration date. Enrollment data is transferred seamlessly between Foxen’s portal and our customer’s property management software. When Foxen receives notice of changes to a Resident’s third party policy, its Account Management team adjusts the portal the day notice is received to ensure accuracy of each Resident’s compliance status. This detailed information is also helpful to perform due diligence on property level compliance eliminating required travel for manual on site audits.
