In selecting this option, customers gain the flexibility to retain Foxen Administration to provide WaiverFlex Services to their established captive insurance company or to form their own captive insurance company through Foxen’s industry-leading preferred service provider partners (e.g., captive managers, actuaries, claims administrators).
