Resource Center

Foxen Administration, LLC provides renters insurance compliance monitoring and Waiver program administrative services. The Waiver is not a renters insurance policy and residents are not insureds. Under the Waiver, the Property is reimbursed for property damage that you accidentally cause to your apartment from one of the covered causes of loss (fire, smoke, explosions, and water discharge and overflows). The Waiver does not result in the waiver of your liability for other types of liability, such as claims for bodily or personal injury, and does not include reimbursement for property damage caused by weather events, including but not limited to flooding.
