Have Questions? We Have Answers.
Foxen Administration, LLC provides renters insurance compliance monitoring and Waiver program administrative services. The Waiver is not a renters insurance policy, and residents are not insured. Under the Waiver, your Property Manager waives your financial liability for the property damage that you negligently cause to your apartment from one of the following causes of loss: fire, smoke, explosions, and water discharge and overflows. The Waiver does not result in the waiver of your liability to parties other than your Property Manager; for any other types of liability, such as claims for bodily or personal injury; and does not include reimbursement for property damage caused by weather events, including but not limited to flooding.
