No. The Foxen Waiver is not a renters insurance policy and no insurance policy is issued to you. Under the Foxen Waiver, the Property is reimbursed for property damage that you accidentally cause to your apartment from one of the covered causes of loss (fire, smoke, explosions, and water discharge and overflows).
