What does the Foxen Waiver Program provide me?

This can vary depending on the Foxen Waiver Program type that your Property Manager selects, but typically up to $100,000 of your liability for covered accidental damage you cause to the apartment building will be waived. You may also be eligible for reimbursement up to $10,000 for your personal contents, if they were damaged in the same covered accident, and up to $1,000 in living expenses. These benefits are all subject to Program limits and the terms and conditions in your lease or the Program Announcement you received from your Property Management.
