What happens if I initially have an approved Renters Insurance Policy that is later canceled due to non-payment or expiration?

If your Renters Insurance Policy coverage lapses, Foxen will notify you of the change and automatically enroll you into the Foxen Waiver. Because your Property Manager has agreed to waive the lease's requirements for a Renters Insurance Policy for Residents who enroll in the Foxen Waiver, enrollment ensures you remain in compliance with your lease requirements and the Property remains protected. If your Renters Insurance Policy is later reinstated, you must resubmit this proof of insurance in the "Upload Proof of Insurance" section of this website for review and approval. Upon approval, you will be removed from the Foxen Waiver.
