What is the Foxen Waiver refund policy?

At participating properties, you can opt out of the Foxen Waiver Program. You may be eligible for a refund for the Foxen Waiver once your Renters Insurance Policy has been submitted and approved. Refunds are not granted when policies are submitted, policies must be approved to receive a refund.
